Text thoroughly revised and profusely illustrated with coloured plates and original drawings. Insert on eps stating this edition specially prepared for subscription only. Covers the period from the Roman Invasion (vol. I) to the Opening of Parliament in 1895 (vol III). Heavy set - extra shipping needed for overseas.
